Networking goes beyond exchanging business cards or contact information at events or online.
It's about nurturing relationships, leading with your listening ear, and providing value and service to others.
It's not about what you can get from someone else; it's about being an asset to their network and vice versa.
Now, you might be wondering, "What do I do with a new connection?"
Building relationships takes effort, and it's more than just a one-time interaction.
Here are a few tips
to help you navigate your new connections:
